Dr Philipp O. Amour’s research is theoretically driven but empirically rich. His research is situated in the intersection between the fields of International Relations and Middle East Studies, and is particularly driven by a focus on Foreign Policy Analysis, Security and Alliance Studies of the Gulf Region and the broader Middle East – encompassing the Arab States, Iran, Israel, Palestine, and Turkey.
